Pick Up

Pick up is free from our warehouse in Dandenong, Victoria.  Pick up times are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Prior arrangement must be made to make sure your new step/slide is packaged and ready for collection.

In the unlikely event you’re not delighted with your new Step/Slide, if it’s faulty, not fit for purpose or doesn’t match description, please return it within 14 days and we’ll happily refund the purchase price.

Terms of Sale
