We offer a number of payment options. Payment within 7 business days is our standard payment terms. If an extension is required, please contact us. We can arrange lay-by terms up to 12 weeks.
Payment can be made by:
- Credit Card Payment
- PayPal Balance Transfers
- Bank Deposit
- AfterPay (for the cost of the product only – any additional freight cost/pick up cost to be paid separately)
- Bank or Personal Cheque
- Money Order
If payment is being made by AfterPay please note that the AfterPay payment will only cover the cost of the product. Any additional freight cost or pick up cost will have to be paid separately.
If payment is being made by PayPal eCheque, it takes approx 3 to 5 days to clear funds. We will notify you that the payment is pending with PayPal and again when payment is cleared and your items are ready for shipping.
If payment is being made by bank deposit over the counter in the bank, please request that they include a reference for the payment so that it can be identified when received. Please use your full name as your reference. Please also allow 1-3 business days for your payment to be received at our end.
If payment is being made by EFT, please use your full name as your reference so it can be identified at our end. Please allow 1-3 business days for your funds to be received at our end.
If payment is being made by cheque or money order, please keep in mind the length of time for us to receive it, then deposit it and wait for payment to be cleared. Postage times vary across Australia and it can take up to 5 business days for cheques to clear.
Lay-by terms are available upon request. We offer up to 12 weeks with weekly or fortnightly payments either by PayPal or EFT. Lay-by terms are great for purchasing gifts as we hold the stock for you until payments have been finalised. No more having to hide those great gifts!

Items are shipped either same day or next business day that cleared funds have been received, PayPal payments received up to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and up to 11.00am Saturday will be shipped same day.
Items are packaged to ensure that there is no damage to items purchased, we use only new packaging materials, we wrap items in bubble wrap or foam wrap for protection, items are sent either in a padded bag or box, if sent in a box we also use foam packing for fill.
Postage available for purchases within Australia
- Standard parcel post includes a tracking number – delivery is approx 2 to 7 days
- Registered parcel post includes a tracking number and insurance – delivery is approx 2 to 7 days
- Express parcel post includes a tracking number – delivery is approx 1 to 3 days
Items are posted through Australia Post Monday to Saturday, a tracking number will be emailed so that each purchase can be tracked through Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au/tracking.
All delivery days are approximate only and is dependent on your location, for example shipment from NSW to WA can take more than 7 days, please contact us if you have any concerns about the length of time it is taking to receive your parcel.
If shipment through a courier is required please contact us to discuss and we can work together with you on this option.
Postage available for purchases outside Australia
- Air mail parcel post does not include a tracking number – delivery times vary due to destinations, please contact us for an approximate length of time for delivery
- Extra Cover is insurance on your parcel and is not available to all destinations, please contact us for further details on your location
- Sea mail parcel post does not include a tracking number and not all destinations are available, please contact us for further details
Items are posted through Australia Post International Monday to Saturday, a tracking number will be provided ONLY if the extra cover option has been included, this will be emailed and can be tracked through Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au/tracking.
International standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities within the destination, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control, also shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes or charges relevant to your destination, contact us if you have any concerns about the length of time it is taking to receive your parcel and we will work together with you to resolve.
