Terms of Sale

Please read our terms of sale:

• Payment within 7 business days is our standard payment terms.  If an extension is required please contact us and we can arrange to extend, or lay-by terms can be arranged.
• Payment options available are Credit Card, PayPal, EFT, Bank Deposit, Cheques, Money Order or Lay-by
• Once payment has cleared, items are shipped either the same day or next business day, unless other arrangements have been made.
• Some items are posted through Australia Post.  Other larger items are delivered using freight companies. You can use your own freight company if you wish.
• We offer a guarantee of quality on all items with a money back or exchange, making your purchase risk free. Return postage/freight to be paid by the buyer.
• We do our best to describe all items accurately.  If you need any further information about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
• Some of our products contain small parts that could be a choking hazard.  Please keep small parts away from babies and young children.  Please accept this as a condition of sale.
• Some of our products are wrapped in a plastic bag which could cause suffocation.  Please keep all plastic bags away from babies and young children.  Please accept this as a condition of sale.
• Many of our products are for the enjoyment of young children.  Babies and young children need to be supervised at all times and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.  Please accept this as a condition of sale.
